Your customer service at this location is wonderful! Last week Patty Lewis (Better Sportswear) helped me with my purchases and was so nice to talk to and very attentive (the ladies working downstairs in the gift area were great too!). Love the shopping experiences! And love listening to the gentleman on the piano!

I was looking for an anniversary gift for my wife. It was our tenth and silk was the typical gift. I walked around the store which did not have many customers at the time I went. There were a number of employees including 3 that were walking around the store talking (maybe managers). Anyway I finally found a woman and requested help trying to find something silk. Her response was “if we have anything it’s over here” and she just pointed and walked away. I tried to get assistance from other employees without any success. I was obviously being ignored. Perhaps because I was wearing my work clothes and didn’t look like I had money to spend. To sum up my experience, stuffy ambiance and snooty staff. It was like Julia Roberts trying to shop in Pretty Woman. Except I’m a guy 🤣
The lingerie department needs to be properly trained on bra fittings. Two separate times I’ve tried to have a bra fitting done and they gave me wildly inaccurate results. One girl told me I was a C cup when I was an H! What?!
I recently had a breast reduction done, and went to get a new fitting, and they told me I’m an H when I’m now a DD. With the high prices I’m paying for bras, I except the staff to be properly trained on how to measure!!
I love this store. Wonderful selection of dresses for women. So many brands that I cannot find elsewhere. The staff are exceptional and kind.

The fragrance lady who had glasses and spoke with a slight accent literally wouldn’t leave my friend, brothers and I alone. She followed us every step and wouldn’t keep her eyes off of us, the whole experience was very uncomfortable.
One of the nicest department stores I have been in in many years! Everything was organized, displayed very well and of course, it was very clean.
The merchandise was great quality, and they have clothing you won't see at other stores. The staff we came in contact with was very friendly and everyone was willing to help.
They offer value added features like free basic alterations, free shipping and more. They had each department staffed, you didn't have to search for an open register or an associate to help you.
The women wear skirts/dresses and the men wear suits and ties. You may consider this old school but I found it very refreshing and speaks to the companies values.
I can't recommend this store enough. Pay them a visit and see how retail should be done!
